Ok, today is the first half day of school for my kids. They were very excited, I was too. Last night we had open house to find out who the kids teachers are for fourth grade and second grade. Wesley got Jessica Medlin and his resource teacher is Dianne Henry. They both are very nice and seem to want to help Wesley. Ms. Medlin is young, probably younger than me. He has never had a "new" teacher, so this will be an experience. Andrew got Mrs. Jennifer Franklin. This is who I wanted him to get. Hands down she is one of the best teachers at Greenbrier Elementary. He has several of his friends in his class. The one he is most excited about is his best buddy Luke. So my prayer for this year is that we have a productive year and that they learn a lot.

AWWW! I told my husband that I miss going to the school aisle and looking at all the school supplies. I love the smell of new crayons for some odd reason!
I hope they love the first day of school!
My first day of school will always be remembered! I came home so excited, and went out to the swing sets to play. By now I thought I was a big kid and could handle the wasp nest in the swing sets. Wrong. With one swing of my bat, I had swarms of wasp all over me. They managed to get in my mouth when I was yelling!
